Balboa Avenue
The Balboa Avenue is one of the most exclusive development cores of Central America; it joins the biggest concentration of skyscrapers in Latin America.

Located at sea front line, it connects the Casco Viejo, historical center of the city, with the rest of the city.

It runs along the Panama Bay, and is the urban concentration core of the next decade.

Casco Viejo
The Casco Viejo is a jewel of colonial architecture. Neighboring the Balboa Avenue, it is declared Patrimony by UNESCO, and it is currently in rehabilitation process, and is the cultural center of the city.

The Cost Line
The cost line is a project of coast strip filling right in front of the Balboa Avenue, for the construction of a Garden Avenue, with a 150 Mio US$ budget, that will provide the Avenue with new road infrastructures, recreational zones and a new beach for the city right in front of the building.
